- If you receive your hair extensions and are not happy how they look or feel you may return them to us for your money back minus shipping if applicable.
- Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed or worn in any way will not qualify to be returned.
- We have a 7-Day Quality Guarantee:
- If you aren’t happy with your purchase, we will accept the items for a no-hassle refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Refunds are provided for hair extensions that have not been worn, unwrapped otherwise tampered and are returned within (7) days of the date that you receive your order.
- Once we receive your return, we will process the refund.
